Amazing. Neck mobility is much better. Shoulder pain has vanished. Right side of neck a bit sore, but this does not surprise me. I would like to say a massive thank you to Cris for being there for me for all of the last 5 years. Not only as my physio-terrorist (haha) but also my counsellor and mentor. It has been a very difficult time but hopefully I am now coming out the other side and can start to get myself fitter (and trimmer) and we shouldn't need to see each other again?
I couldn't just disappear from your services without letting you know that this support has been invaluable to me in getting to where I am, and, that I really appreciate all the support and advice.

I immediately started to make progress

I had been told by those treating me in Spain, where I live, that the pain I was suffering from had become chronic and they could do nothing more for me. Then a friend here recommended me to come to the UK to see Cris, who'd really helped her following a running injury. Once Cris got me started on a simple exercise programme I immediately started to make progress. Coming every few months to the UK I continue to make progress with his support. I can't believe how much I've improved although it's been a long process.

Just wanted to say a big thank you

Just wanted to say a big thank you. I put into practice the advice that you gave me last week, in particular focusing on the elements of the running drill and really concentrating on not wasting energy by keeping aligned. Without even really trying and barely checking my pace at all, I managed to get my course PB on Saturday (24:40). 40 seconds faster than the previous week and much faster than I have been lately. Out of almost 350 runners, I was the sixth female to finish and first in my age category!

I have been lucky enough to work with some truly world-class physiotherapists in my time as an international rugby player and can safely say that I consider Cris to be outstanding. As someone who has a BSc in sports science from Loughborough and 16 years experience in international sport as a competitor I feel I am reasonably well qualified to pass judgment on his excellent skill set and the mental skills to ensure a rapid diagnosis, treatment plan and the right motivational skills to ensure such a plan was followed by the player, resulting in the quickest possible rehabilitation.
