focused shockwave therapy
focused shockwave therapy
Focused Shockwave Therapy is an evidence-based treatment that involves passing high energy sound waves into damaged tissues to increase blood flow and stimulate repair whilst reducing pain and allowing your body to restart it’s own natural healing process.
radial vs focus shockwave therapy – what is the difference?
Radial pressure wave is the most common type of shockwave therapy, used in most MSK clinics. However, focused is growing in popularity, due to the increased treatment options, treatment depth, treatment precision and patient comfort in more acute cases.
