"i finally got my mobility back"
"After my hip surgery, I had a course of physio with the physiotherapist that my surgeon referred me to. I noticed that instead of getting better my mobility and pain was getting worse, so I changed to another one because even walking with crutches was very painful. He told me that he was not able to help me and that I might need to go to see another doctor in case the surgery hadn’t worked.
At this stage, I was in so much pain that I could only manage to go to the bathroom and was essentially bed-ridden. I was really at a low point. Why was it taking so long to recover from my surgery? Just when I was about to give up, I reached out to a Facebook group that I had been a member of since my operation and someone recommended Cris, who is a specialist with dealing with difficult cases like mine.
In my first session Cris gave me completely different exercises based on my situation and he released my muscle knots manually. With this different exercise program and skilful manual therapy I started gaining my mobility and my pain reduced rapidly. After a month I managed to leave the house and could walk in the street. Every session of physio with Cris gave me a lot of progress and finally I got my life back and could walk pain-free.
I would also like to mention that Cris is not only a great a physio, who managed to create a tailored program for my needs, but he is also a very sympathetic person who really helps with the psychological aspects of rehabilitation, and I really feel that this has been a very important aspect of my recovery.
I am so grateful to Cris for making such a difference and saving me from disability and would highly recommend him as your physio."
